Return and Exchange Policy:
- Customers are entitled to request compensation for damaged products within 5 days of receiving the order.
- Returns apply only to devices, provided they are in their original condition and have not been used, within 5 days of receipt.
- Device warranty is valid for two years from the date of receipt through the manufacturer’s company (repairs are available only within Saudi Arabia).
- Damage caused by misuse is not covered under the warranty.
- Devices with manufacturing defects can be returned or replaced within 3 days of receipt without return fees.
